Verde Furioso Enchiladas

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
10 flour tortillas
3 cups of shredded mozzarella
Jack Del Fuego hot sauce


STEP ONE

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Brine skinless, boneless chicken breasts for 30 minutes by putting it in a mix of 1/4 cup of salt in 6 cups of water.

STEP TWO

After 30 minutes, cook the chicken breasts and shred it.

STEP THREE

Fill and roll tortillas with shredded chicken and cheese. Place in a 9x13 baking dish.

STEP FOUR

Pour Jack Del Fuego - Verde Furioso hot sauce over the rolled stuffed tortillas. Top off with a little more cheese because - why not?

STEP FIVE

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling.
