Abuela Picosa Crab Tacos

Ingredients:

1 lb. crab meat (cooked)
2 Avocados diced
1 Green onion chopped
Cilantro chopped
1 Lime
1/4 Cup mayo
4 tbls. Jack Del Fuego - Abuela Picosa
Corn tortillas
Watermelon radish (optional)


STEP ONE

Mix together in a bowl, diced avocados, chopped green onion, chopped cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt.

STEP TWO

Mix together in another bowl, mayo and Jack Del Fuego - Abuela Picosa.

STEP THREE

Plate crab meat on a warmed tortilla, top with avocado/green onion mix and drizzle Jack Del Fuego mayo sauce over the top. Top off with optional watermelon radish slice.
