Jacked Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 Cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 Cup ranch
1/2 Cup Jack Del Fuego - Wild Jack
2 Cups shredded colby-jack cheese
2 Shredded chicken breasts
STEP ONE
Brine skinless, boneless chicken breasts for 30 minutes by putting it in a mix of 1/4 cup of salt in 6 cups of water.
STEP TWO
After 30 minutes, cook the chicken breasts and shred it.
STEP THREE
In an oven safe bowl mix cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch, Jack Del Fuego - Wild Jack hot sauce and colby-jack cheese. Once thoroughly mixed, add shredded chicken.
STEP FOUR
Place bowl in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
STEP FIVE
Serve with tortilla chips, celery or carrots.
